Nexa Partner Plus is a program designed for real estate professionals who are licensed or would like to become licensed as a mortgage loan originator (MLO). Onced licensed as an MLO, a team of experienced loan processors do the heavy lifting to process your clients’ loans and keep you up to speed on the loan status. Either you or the processing team can then update your clients on their loan status. With a generous compensation structure and a signing bonus that you determine (ask how), joining the Nexa Partner Plus program is a lucrative way for real estate professionals to expand into lending.

Earn 10 BPS (.1%) on every loan done by a MLO who you refer to Nexa Partner Plus. If you refer 10 REALTOR/MLOs, you have the opportunity to start your own team and take 50% of profit while still having the support of the Nexa Partner Plus program.

When you join Nexa Partner Plus, you earn 50 BPS (.5%) on every closed loan. As the volume of your closed loans increases, so too does your compensation per loan.
